Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email and area of interest. Company, team size, phone or WeChat, and a description of your use case are optional. Please do not include passwords, API keys, confidential order files or sensitive customer records.
What happens to an enquiry
When you submit the form, the website stores your enquiry on the server operated for this website, together with a reference number, submission time and your consent choice. The Tubun team can retrieve these records to discuss your request. Form submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send an automatic message to a third-party CRM.
Website operation
This website does not add advertising or third-party analytics trackers. It uses Google-hosted fonts; requesting them lets the font provider receive normal connection information such as your IP address. The hosting server or reverse proxy may keep operational request logs. Temporary rate limiting is used to reduce abuse.
Optional anonymous analytics
Only after you allow analytics, this website sends page-view events to its own server. Events include the page path without query parameters or fragments, the referring domain, a broad device and browser category, and the website language. Analytics records do not store your IP address, full user-agent string, form content or full referring URL.
Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. An accepted visit uses a random identifier in session storage; the server stores only its daily hash to count anonymous tab sessions. These counts are not unique people. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection.
Daily analytics snapshots are kept for the most recent 90 UTC dates; older snapshots are removed on the next collection or report request. Only authenticated administrators can read reports. Change or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears the local session identifier; existing anonymous statistics are not linked to your contact enquiry. Backup retention is managed separately by the operator.
Language preference
When you choose a language, this website stores that preference in your browser so it can be used on your next visit. Choosing “Automatic” clears the saved preference and follows your browser language. This setting is not sent with your enquiry.
Your choices
Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry. You can ask the team to correct or delete an enquiry using the privacy request form. Include the reference number when available, and avoid sending additional sensitive information. Records may need to be retained when required for an agreed service or applicable obligations.
Model and product data
Standalone model requests go to the provider you configure; local workspace storage does not mean that all model processing takes place offline. Team Workflow data locations, model providers and access rules should be agreed before deployment. This website does not collect your model API keys.
